For the past 12 weeks, various local organizations have come together and shared recipes that represent or connect with a variety of cultures, ethnicities, or communities. For our last #PDXFoodFriday, we thought we’d look back at all of the amazing food that was posted ask, which recipes were new to you? Which one(s) did you try? Which one(s) were your favorite? We hope you found this community project as meaningful as we did. Although this concludes our weekly posting, each organization may periodically post for a special occasion. You can also always find the previously posted recipes below. Lastly, if you’d like to share a recipe and it’s connection or significance with your culture or community, we encourage you to post and use the hashtag #pdxfoodfriday.
