Suitcase Order Form

Use this form to request the suitcase to accompany A Year in the Life: A 1904 Jewish Immigrant Experience in Oregon. The Year in the Life digital experience automatically will be sent to you when you request the suitcase.

The suitcase is available for you to use in your classroom for three weeks. We will remind you the week your suitcase must be returned. All of the suitcase’s contents must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Damaged or misplaced contents shall be replaced at the expense of the school in possession of the suitcase.

At this time, suitcases are currently available for educators in the following counties: Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Columbia, Marion, Umatilla, Morrow, Union, Lane, Douglas, Josephine, Jackson, and Klamath.

    If the suitcase if unavailable during your preferred dates, please list a secondary date to begin use of suitcase.
